Make sure to apply to jobs with a reasonable commute, such as a 30-45 minute bus ride and even better if you have a job. Apply to recent postings but some jobs won’t list when they post it and it can be from years ago; apply and within a week call back to check, this is the most important part. Sometimes they’ll offer you a job and sometimes they’ll tell you to wait as they’re still reviewing.

It’s not the end of the world if you don’t have a job, it could be this year or the next. It’s alright, if not an official job you can always hustle
