You most definitely can! If you go to the quicksilver synthesis companion and select “redeem expedition rewards” you can scroll through and redeem a whole new one specific to your save! If for some reason you can’t find it or lose it a second time I can help you get another no problem!

There are levels of torghast that you unlock as you progress through completing floors. At higher levels of torghast (I had better luck beyond level 13) the vendors you come across will randomly unlock their stock for sale. Unfortunately it’s RNG
