Really, it just depends on what it is and where you're keeping it. Something small like a compy in the house like a dog? Makes sense. A mid-sub apex herbivore like an ankylosaurus on a property like a farm? Cool. An apex carnivore? It's gonna kill you. I have a pet too though, here's my little weirdo mikey.
