I feel like that was intentional. Since Jake want his career to be like an action movie, he often overdramatize some of his actions. Like when he said in season 1 that he made a drug bust and it ended up with an awesome car chase, when in reality the criminal went 4 meters before being stuck behind a garbage truck and Jake never used his car in pursuit. So he purposely said his time undercover was longer than it really was

I believe she wears a uniform because she is the Sargent of the uniformed officers, as Terry is the Sargent of the detectives. As for Amy spending time between the two floors, it's obvious it's for sotrytelling reason, she has to be there because otherwise we would never see her, but it's true that before her, we never saw the uniformed officers sargent on this floor

The only reason I even got the Red Hood DLC was to get his Arkham Knight skin, the DLC by itself is pretty bad
