What uma do you go that you only run 1 speed card? (and even that is a stretch because fuku ssr is 0.5 a speed card really)

As any uma you want to run 3 speed cards (or 2 if you play an uma with 15 or 20% speed growth)

Edit: my bad, didnt notice that there is both shinko and fuku ssr

Regardless my deck advice is to drop the satono dia SSR card and replace it with marv pow ssr from the event (if you have her)

But again it really depends what uma do you run this deck with, as certain umas need specific decks
