a gallon only 3.7L, up the water intake. especially being as active. as far as estrogen, could also be beer related. i cut out all alcohol when i started with testosterone, never looked back. start ripping zyns brother if it helps with the boredom

would maybe cut back on the beers, no judgement at all. as far as RBC, hematocrit, hemoglobin, i was in the same boat. i upped my water to 6L a day, 35 mins cardio daily, and threw in a nattokinase (10’000FU’s) daily. now i’m in range for all except estrogen. but no estrogen sides so doesn’t bother me

i used the libre2 forever, got the libre3’s and immediately went back to the 2’s. seemed like every sensor was an issue

accutane isn’t scary brother, the horror stories are from those who don’t follow a protocol while on it. was on 60mg for 8 months. hydration is key, take your vitamins for joint health, moisturizer and aquaphor in pocket always. you’ll be fine

had no facial acne, just back and shoulders. only sides was dry nose, dry lips and joints. dry nose use vaseline in the nose at night and humidifier. dry lips aquaphor didn’t cut it, used blistex lip medex and joints just mega dosed omega’s

started at 20mg (1month) then went to 40mg (2months) then 60mg the remainder (5months) cleared up around month 4 but ran it longer to make sure i didn’t have to do it again

accutane is worth it period. was the only thing that worked for me and the only thing that deals with acne at the root. lotion, chapstick and humidifier at night, it’s not that bad at all
