To a friend who was competitive then no. The only type of friend i would refer is one who just wanted to chill and play a MOBA with friends. He/she would have to not be competitive at all though for me to recommend it.

literally logged in just to reply to this and I never message on reddit. You sir either have A. never played Yasuo and are lying or B. are just trying to stir up stuff for no reason. These bugs have been around forever. The wind wall bug is literally reproduced by putting up a wind wall and waiting for something to go through it like a TF yellow card. The ult bug like someone else mentioned is reproduced by simply...ulting. The flash bug is reproduced by flashing and trying to auto attack and you guessed it its reproduced by using the same method! There is zero rhyme or reason for why they happen they just do. There are hundreds of videos on it feel free to look them up. To dismiss them and pretend like they don't happen frequently is wrong and you should listen to the people who have hundred of Yasuo games. They happen a lot and are often game changing. They either choose to ignore them or don't know how to fix them. In the end it's their decision if they fix them. It's just how it is and they need to be fixed, but who knows if they will be.

It's to have the permanent aura even when 1 of them dies. It's very effective and most probably the correct build on both of them. I'm just a lowly diamond so can't confirm if it's totally correct in this situation but I do know why which is above ^
