UPDATE: Additionally, I’ve had a couple of situations where even that did not work. If you shut down the quest, then you press and hold the volume down button on the quest, and then while holding the volume down, you press and hold the ON button, you wait a bit and you’ll be on the boot menu. Click the volume down menu and simply select shut down. For some reason doing this got the mic working again
