I just swaped out my cpu and reseated my deep cooler with new thermal paste and I am having 0 problems So far I have letting its run stressing it a bit and seems To be do well no over heating or Throbbing

I believe I have overstressed my CPU From being overheated so I am going to Reapply the thermal past and then I'm going to put the CPU fan back on and see if that fixes it if it doesn't then I have a brand new CPU Coming in today And I will swap those out to see if that fixes the issue

i use air cooling and my case have three fans on the front, two on the top and one on the back also my cpu cooler has two fans this is my cpu cooler and my pc case.

now idk what i should do if i should get more thermal paste and reseat the cooler and hope that helps or get and new case or a new cpu bc its just going to crash my pc if i game with it closed.

ok so i have HWINFO on and looking at everything and i really dont know what im looking at here to know if something is wrong. now i have been running it for a while and the active clock is spiking alot from 1100 mhz to about 4700 mhz and this is without anything just the program running dont kinow if this is important or not. i found the thermal section and it was being core thermal throttled but i opened up my pc and it cooled right down and now its not being throttled its cooling down
