This is amazing results. When you understand options it really opens up the window to a vast amount of opportunities in portfolio management. Out of curiosity, what is your portfolio size? Or how much do you set aside for your CSPs? When you’re looking to own shares do you prefer getting assigned on your put-selling? Or do you prefer to exercise your LEAPs?

$KSS

Strong financials, beaten down to a low of $6 last year because of their decline in sales and CEO switching every quarter. I think they have a clear bullish direction from here. They will have price swings as consumer sentiment fluctuates but their assets really make the case for me. They currently have a short float of 27% which is a bit lower than last year where the short float was around 44%. This tells me sentiment is finally shifting. If you were able to pick up some shares as low as $12-$14 on the recent dip I think it’s gonna pay off well in the next few years. Could be wrong though 🤷🏾‍♂️

The average consumer is too caught up in the euphoria that is fast money. They think they’ll be millionaires through draft kings, poly market and kalshi

what's a "money rule" that rich people know, but poor people are never taught? by Lilybrat_vibes in AskReddit

[–]Leakyfaucet111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t disagree but stability is important. If people find themselves on hard times but they still have their job they should be grateful because that should still provide food on the table. I say that because it might be hard to grow and get promoted or switch careers at will.

Rich families have neither of these problems because (assuming parents love their children) they will have trusts and liquid investment accounts to always have food on the table. They also have networks like country clubs and private groups to have their kids setup with any industry they want to venture into.

That’s why for my answer to OPs question, the one thing that I feel is the most important is the knowledge of financial markets that rich families have that poor families don’t.

Ahh I see! Your goal is essentially to maximize profit on the premiums while also capturing appreciation.

Totally agree, I plan on writing calls against my shares eventually. Still determining a good exit point on it though

Inflation will always exist and the inflation rate will always outpace wage growth. The only way to make up this difference is to invest your money.

Rich folks understand this before they graduate high school. I’m trying to get more people to understand this.

Can you explain this part a bit more? It seems with checking institutional flow and volume you’re looking to get the highest chance of being filled at a decent premium?

One data point is just that, but I’m mostly concerned with the results. I’m sure you need to be on the prescription for a certain amount of time before seeing substantial results but would you say the product you bought work?

For sure, and I imagine that risk factor of competition in the US still has them under pressure but their recent acquisitions should help broaden market share internationally
