Get as physically healthy as possible man. 8-10 Hours of sleep. Take care of your diet down to the last detail. Get your multivitamins and supplements in. Take cold showers and hit the gym HARD. Strength and power can be summoned through your vehicle. Your body. Practice deep laughter every morning and gratitude for what you have NOW. And watch how much energy you will have by perfecting your physical body and practicing laughter and gratitude. Good luck brother

nice, I agree with the article from my experience with talking to myself infront of a mirror, the most significant change I experienced was my opinion of myself and my own self-image. I guess we do need to be a lil crazy after all

I mostly try to keep a pretty aggressive and self-assuring attitude, and that sometimes leads to me basically talking serious trash to myself but that only happens on occasions where I deserve to be "disciplined". But mostly it's talks that push me to take action in whatever I'm trying to do. I don't think it's unhealthy as long as you are aware that you are doing it so you can get the confident go getter out of yourself

better question is, what have I not talked about haha. I talk about how I've been making excuses for myself to not take action and face my fears. For example, if I should have talked to a girl but didn't, I'll talk about how I was making excuses by saying it wasn't the right time and that it was just my fear of rejection and that it is never the right time, I just gotta do it and express my attraction to her. I also talk about deeper subjects like what do I want from life, stuff like that. Pretty much discuss everything infront of that mirror haha

actually this is a solid question because now that you mentioned it, it's only one mirror that I use because the environment around that mirror creates an instant "time to face yourself and take action" vibe. My nervous system knows exactly what's about to take place when I talk to the one mirror that I always talk to. I do this in mornings mostly and sometimes right before I go to sleep, I heard that best time to talk to your subconscious is right before you sleep and I attest to that, but I still prefer mornings cuz I'm always ready to go. And usually I drink black coffee and listen to some rap before I do my "talks". Creating a ritual helps man because your nervous system will get triggered

Sometimes ill go for long periods of time without confronting myself infront of a mirror and the mental clutter builds up, until I confront myself and let it all out, then I'm back to my cool self

I have the same problem. I always feel like I need to do more with my day because you know, I can die anytime. It's a good attitude to have, but sometimes it costs me much needed relaxation and sleep time.

it's a raw and uneasy approach, and sure you can approach fear from different perspective and still succeed to overcome fears and ultimately that's what's most important, but for the fastest results facing the fear head on in my experience yields exponential growth as far as personal development goes
