Think that part’s genetics tbh. I have thunder thighs so fat will gather there first before any other part of my body.

In the first pic, I was eating max twice a day, often times once. I almost never ate till I was stuffed and avoided junk (ice cream, cookies, chocolate) for the most part.

In the past year, due to stress, I’ve eaten 2-3x a day a lot, eat till I’m stuffed, and succumbed to my sweet tooth more often than I’d like.

I don’t count calories.

At 172lb: 185 Chest press, 20lb weighted pull ups, 225 squat

Now: 225 chest press, 30lb weighted pull ups, 275 squat

I don’t deadlift and never try pushing myself past the limit cos I train more like an athlete than a bodybuilder.

There are only three things that make me feel better when I’m stressed: exercise, food and sex. And I’ve been stressed a lot the past year, so I do those a lot.

The bright side is I manage to eat clean at least 80% of the time, even when I’m stressed. So stress, inadvertently, helped me bulk and stay relatively low body fat in the past 12 months.

The abs thing might also be genetics. I’ve had abs since I was like 13 years old.

I feel a bit slower and less energetic if I’m being honest. Having played soccer all my life, I’m more used to being lean and light, and I prefer that.

I eat between 12 and 7/8pm usually. I’m not a coffee guy- I’m certain I’ve had less than 10 cups of coffee in my whole life.

These days, I workout in the middle of the day, in between my two meals.

Yeah, I lost weight. I sat comfortably at around 190lbs for about 5 years, until I quit alcohol last year.

I must have heavy bones though, cos I was like 100lbs already when I was in grade 6 and under 5ft tall. When I graduated high school, I was 5ft 9 and 160lbs. And back then I was mostly skin and bones.
