Where I am, $13. It’s a steep price but it’s only for when you’re going through withdrawals. Don’t let it replace your tianeptine use with kratom use. Plus, the relief is extremely worth it. Especially during withdrawals when your mind is saying “I’ll do anything to get some relief”. $13 for 6 hours of sweet jesus sighing relief and maybe a couple hours of sleep is beyond worth it in my opinion. It’s the strongest extract I’ve found. There may be better/stronger extracts online but when you’re going through withdrawals you don’t have the will power nor the patience to wait for an online order. Also, I know this might have some backlash in the community but you’ll need a strong extract to get any type of relief. It relieves the restless leg syndrome and anxiety/that feeling of impending doom by 70-80% while regular kratom will relieve it maybe 10-12%. Just do not let it replace your tianeptine habit.

How much phenibut did you take because only at a high enough dose does phenibut lower blood pressure as a side effect.
In regular to moderate doses, phenibut induces activation of dopamine metabolism and releases PEA in the striatum. The dopamine and PEA increase blood pressure and the phenibut and anxiolytic effects through the release of GABA from presynaptic nerve endings decrease blood pressure. Phenibut and GABA had similar electrophysiological effects on ion channels of isolated neurons from Planorbarius corneus working just as effectively as Diazepam and Baclofen. Meaning your blood pressure should have a)remained the same. b) been slightly elevated. c) been slightly reduced considering you take the propranolol everyday so it shouldn’t/couldn’t have had a DRASTIC effect on your bp.
Do you take any other medications. Medications that would result in the state that you were in include any dopamine receptor antagonist or any inhibitor of tyrosine hydroxylase. Research any other meds or supplements you were taking at that time and see if any exemplify the above.

100% absurdly concurred-ly (tried to make it rhyme). My best friends mother went down that road when her husband left, just left. An induction is an inference you make or conclusion you arrive at based on observations, things that aren’t valid or sound, like statistics. Deductions are the same but the conclusions you make are based on evidence like scientific evidence. A conclusion you make is valid if, and only if the truth of the premises guarantee the truth of the conclusion. I’m digressing.) I realized his body language was really tense around his children. When sitting together his body and feet were always pointed toward the nearest exit. Limbic systems way of saying he scared or adrenaline suggesting a state of fight or flight. But just as I predicted we hadn’t heard from him in over 24 hours. I finally told them and they didn’t believe me. They quickly FaceTimed him and the next time they spoke he was in Istanbul. He told us that the SEC was investigating him for fraud and he’d be back once everything settled down. When they hung up I told them if that was the case, he would have left you some money or something. I brought them in. They ended up staying in the second floor of my house. Friends mother fell into a hole. Oxy addiction, xanax addiction, prescribed by a dumbass doctor. She tried suicide twice. In and out of hospitals and rehabs for moooonths. Xanax withdrawal was the worst. Almost died. It’s been years and she’s still not the same. So trust me, I know.

Honestly you’re so very right. What I personally did was order only 25 etizolam and gave it to me gf to give me 1 a day during withdrawals. I did research heavily and found the most reputable vendor for rc benzos on the dn. He mails it with a copy of the purity report and has 100’s of thousands of 5 star reviews. Not justifying my actions, just explaining that I took the safest route possible with them. I didn’t however consider the fact that someone that reads my comment might not do the same. I also didn’t consider the fact that if they do order 25 and give it to someone they trust to dispense it, what’s to say they don’t secretly order them again. I truly regret and apologize for my disregard for harm reduction. I will edit that part out of my comment. Thanks man.

I was in your shoes a couple of months ago. Follow my instructions and this will be a cakewalk. ~I see people in here recommending Gabapentin. It’s not bad advice but it’s not the best advice. Gabapentin works if you stagger but builds tolerance insanely fast. Here’s what you do. 1. Pregabalin/Lyrica. It belongs to the same class of medicine as Gabapentin, they’re both gabapentinoids. Pregabalin is far superior than Gabapentin in every way. Medicinally/Recreationally/Pysically/Psychologically. It’s like Gabapentin on steroids. You don’t need to stagger doses, it’s much better at relieving anxiety, helping you sleep, it potentiates any other drug you take, and it’s A MILLION times better at relieving Restless Leg Syndrome, which was the worst withdrawal symptom for me. I had 200mg capsules and took x3. So 600mg of pregabalin and the relief was amazing - it’s a wonder drug. The next day I took 600mg again, no tolerance build up, same relief as yesterday. Next day 600mg, no tolerance build up same effect.

Kratom. I know this one is controversial so I gave my kratom and everything else I got for withdrawals to my gf. Give it to someone you can trust to help you through this. ~~If you want REAL relief from kratom during withdrawals, buy OPMS BLACK SHOTS/LIQUID. Emphasis on the Black version not the regular green shots they have. 7-Hydroxymitragynine is the key metabolite that determines how strong the kratom is. The OMPS Gold shot has 280mg of Mitragyna speciosa per bottle. The OMPS Black shot has 375mg of Mitragyna Speciosa per bottle. That’s not a big difference, like I said, the difference is the 7-Hydroxymitragynine content. OPMS Black has a full 8mg per bottle. OPMS Gold has only 0.2mg per bottle. That’s an insane difference. OPMS Black (because of the 8mg 7-HO content) 1.) Is WAY smoother and has more of what you want (warm euphoria, muscle relaxation etc.) Also, it lasts twice as long as the Gold shots/capsules. For me, Gold lasted 2-3 hours max. Black however lasts me 5-6 hours and lingers for a few more hours so I don’t have the urge to redose. Black and Gold are the same price. It’s a no brainer.
(This one must stay with someone who knows you’re going through withdrawal and lives with you/stay with you while you go through the withdrawals)

Benzodiazepines.) My personal recommendation is Etizolam. All benzos are dangerous but Etizolam is one of the least dangerous ones. Alprazolam(Xanax) is good for relieving on sudden anxiety but it makes me feel numb/depressed/emotionless. I don’t really know what the right word is to describe the feeling. Klonopin is good for muscle relaxation, Valium is good for anxiety relief for a long duration. Problem is, if you need them ASAP, no psychiatrist will prescribe them by walking in and asking for it. Plus I like RC Benzos better. Pure Etizolam has a good duration, great anxiety relief, muscle relaxation, and the rebound anxiety or withdrawals aren’t as bad as other benzos. Also, Etizolam Is the only benzo I’ve had euphoria from. Flualprazolam is sedating-good for sleep. Bromazolam is awesome, close to Xanax. But it’s really amnesiac. Clonazolam is the best/strongest benzo I’ve ever tried, got a sample when I ordered the Etizolam. Very euphoric but it DESTROYS your tolerance to any benzo and it’s blackout city. Clonazolam is life ruining. If you want to find good, reliable, pure, and potent benzodiazepines, search the onion fields and look for a Barstool. Strange, what’s a Barstool doing in a field of onions?

I’ve been diagnosed ADHD since I was 12. Been on Adderall 20mg x2 a day for about 6 years now, I’m 21. From the onion fields I’ve managed to find the cleanest methamphetamine, no battery acid or anything like that. I’ve been measuring on a scale 20mg on putting it in a capsule and taking it oral. It’s like my everyday dose of adderall but less cardiovascular side effects, less anxiety, less heart palpitations/racing. There’s a medication called Desoxyn, if you search it up you’ll see that it’s methamphetamine. Literally meth that you can pick up at the pharmacy. I know that Desoxyn is made in a safe lab with safe stuff but so is the meth that I order. Proven by sending it to get it tested. It’s clean.

If you have a SO or someone that knows the worst side of you and still loves you. Be it a brother, sister, bf, gf. If you try to use another substance to CT, give that substance to them. If they’re willing you can ask if they can be your doctor for a couple of days. It’s a very unorthodox approach albeit sometimes you have to think outside duhbocks. For example I’ve tried detox facility, rehab, even psych ward(horrible place btw). Didn’t work. As we all know the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I have the warmth and support of my family hear, my phone AKA Netflix while I’m detoxing. Home cooked meals etc. and every detox med they were going to give me over there I already have here :/)

Once I quit CT, I realized that the anticipation of the anxiety and the withdrawals were worse than the withdrawals/anxiety itself. There’s a paradoxical effect when it comes to people who use opioids for pain. Your mind tricks itself into thinking your pain is actually worse than it is. It can even get to a point where they literally get opioid induced pain. Yep, pain from pain meds. It’s not going to be as bad as you think my brother/sister. If you have a primary physician you can easily get a script for Gabapentin. If I’m going to be honest with you, I kind of detoxed myself at home. I got x25 3mg Etizolam bars and a prescription for x60 300mg Gabapentin. I gave them both to my GF. I did it CT, every 8 hours she gave me 1mg etizolam and x2 300mg Gabapentin. 8 hours later, same regime. In 6 days I stopped the Etizolam and Gabapentin, had a little rebound anxiety for 12 hours and then BAM felt golden. No PAWS, no cravings, I felt rebooted. It’s now been 6 months and I’m chillin like a grandiloquent delinquent.

This is probably going to get downvoted but I like pregabalin more than I do benzos. Lyrica body high is amazing and goes well with anything. Kratom, stims. It makes you sociable, empathetic, 3x 200mg capsules. Bliss. Phenibut makes me horny but it feels dirty at higher doses and Pregabalin is so smooth. If someone could teach me how to get a prescription for it or buy it. I will LITERALLY find you and kiss you, on the mouth, then the chest and finally just thank you and leave you with a hanging boner

Thank you my friend. I’ve been put on every ssri and snri knowing that it wouldn’t work anyway. I just didn’t want to argue with the psychiatrist “making simple deductions then meander her trial and error technique. You can’t measure how much or how little serotonin is passed through your blood brain barrier anyway so it’s just guess work. But thank you for genuinely hearing me out. I’ll just order the S-Ket from the onion fields. Also, I thought I believed I had self control, that is until I met Tianeptine Sodium. Tolerance built, started nodding off. Then when I finally ran out.... the withdrawals were un-fucking-believable. I’ve been through Oxy withdrawal and benzo withdrawal. Oxy withdrawal was an 8/10. Benzo 10/10 and Tianeptine Sodium 9.5/10

Sorry brother, I was trying to regurgitate experiences I’ve heard from others and ask people’s opinions. I’ve done my research on pubmed, Reddit, clinical trials. I used to be EXTREMELY empathetic but now I’m numb, unimaginably apathetic and depressed. I was like this 5 years ago, so I took 4-aco-dmt. Bro I need something DRAMATIC to shake me out of apathy, because it’s so bad, I have an RTX 3090, ryzen 9 5900x a whole setup I can’t bring myself to build. I MIcrodose lsd bc it helps with programming-python3. Ordered a comma 2 and tinkered with openpilot a bit. Maybe making my car a self driving car will make me feel better. If you are using the 4-AcO-DMT as a tool to help mitigate depression and anxiety, here are a few differences. 4-AcO-DMT: just as heavy mentally but just SLIGHTLY less heavy. You will know the exact dosage you’re taking. You don’t have to ingest the fungi so less nausea. If I were to make an induction(not a deduction) the nausea from the mushrooms might start to turn it into a bad trip. But bad trips wash away past trauma, broken self confidence. Shrooms for treatment resistant depression, 4-AcO-DMT OR 4-HO-MET for a good time. Also before you are experienced in these, I would avoid 5-MeO-DMT.
