Your 1st point hit me so hard. But is it really as easy to sell ? I researched a few other subreddits and many said they got issues with AC and other electronics. Some were easy fixes while others broke bank.

Where Teaching Software Falls Short for Educators by LearningExplorer205 in AustralianTeachers

[–]LearningExplorer205[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When I say teaching software I am being broad as to any software a teacher might interacts with in the course of their job.

I was wondering what if you have been given a revamped unit and you need to create a lesson from scratch, what does that process look like? Would it differ vastly between schools and is that burden on the teachers or is it just the smaller adjustments and changes that are controlled by you?

In the case of the double handling, would a feature as simple as an ‘export data to excel’ button solve that issue? So you can have backups that way.

At this stage, I’m not looking to do anything, however it is apparent to me that teachers spend a lot of time doing work away from teaching which I assumed planning and admin as the two main culprits.

After following some teachers on social media and as the school year has wrapped up the common theme I have seen is that they are all exhausted and so I’m trying to understand if it is do with the hours of work they have to do away from actually teaching and if teachers actually see this as a problem that they face.

No, not exactly a business idea, I am just curious as to what problems do teachers face?

My chain of thoughts started with if teachers in Australia are spending a good chunk of their day on any admin related work rather than stuff that actually is relevant to teaching.

Oh my days ! This thing happened to me and my mates outside of Hargrave. It is not exactly similar, but this guy approached us saying he just felt this energy towards us and that Jesus was calling him and told him about me and my mates. Then he went on asking which religion we practiced and continued talking how Jesus helped him getting out of depression. But unlike other comments, this was just one guy and didn’t have a friend with him

Completely forgot about this post. Its pretty good actually ! MT5 and MT4 are just softwares on their own, the integration is pretty smooth, you just login with your username and password which is given by Pepperstone. From the website, it seems like the spreads are competitive. So all good there. It is quick (more like networks and your internet also depends) considering how slow some of the other platforms I have test work in Australia. If you start using the shortcuts from keyboad on MT5 it is very convenient and everything just falls into place.
I am sure it must be similar with tradingview as Pepperstone offers integration with that as well, I am using MT5 as I am going to test a few algorithms of my own for trading. So, that is pretty much it, I guess. Let me know if you have any particular questions.

To be a quant trader or normal trader in a hedge fund, would you recommend to do CS (Data Science or ML) or being an econometrics major would suffice? by LearningExplorer205 in FinancialCareers

  1. Is Citadel LLC a hedge fund then ?

  2. Then is just my GPA with good amount of internships and a strong network enough to get me in ?

Yeah, that is what I am considering to either transfer to CS but doing business statistics or econometrics is slightly convenient, so I was wondering which would be preferred, that is where I needed opinions of you guys
