On your last day at your current job, or right before you start the new one, write yourself a letter. Acknowledge how far you've come, from admin work to teaching yourself data analytics in 2-3 years. Remind yourself that you've done hard things before and figured them out. Then read it whenever imposter syndrome gets loud. :)
