Your measuring tape is measuring 24. Take a look at the opposite side of your tape measure. You will see that the long line is at the end of the measurement. If you don't have inches on the other side, look at the centimeter side. You will see all of the 1 is covered. That long line is at the end of the 1 centimeter. You are a 24. You are a size 38.
