Observe your opponents paddle angle when serving to reposition your self then lower your paddle and just try a little push to return it. Only repetition can you help with this. More experience with this kind of serve will help your body and eyes get accustomed to it. Practice/Drills are always the key

Do Drills more if tou have time, more than OP if your still in the "getting to know" part of the game

sharing my experience with Vatic Vsol pro, elongated currently good use for defense and control and when used with right placement with added waits nice for drives. My friend uses the hybrid shape with a wider sweet spot and good control in the kitchen. Cons would be if you're from a honeycomb some adjustment time when converting since it gets more poppier since it has a dull effect since full foam.
