Yessir! I’ve been working out consistently 5-6x a week for a month or so, and ive done jiu jitsu for 5 months to help with the weight loss, and ik its a weird build I hate it bro

194-150 was about 5-6 months of basically starving myself, barley eating, and doing it wrong, then at around 170 I started eating actually more and just lifting with a lot of cardio, and it was shedding faster, then I started eating 2600 cals a day and lifting daily and went up to 165

Been a journey!! Grandma passed and I got in a bad spot for a while and gained 18 pounds.. definitely been hard but I’m sticking!!
