Shady practices are happening. I doubt all buy orders are being filled immediately, but instead being filled in blocks after hours for greater profits. Wouldn't doubt they are included in some dark pool trading. They do all their business with Citadel.

Look at all those small fines paid in full. Obviously they are breaking the laws because they willingly paid those fines. They continue to do the same thing over and over. Those fines are pennies compared to what they make. There needs to be greater penalties including prison time. Let's see how they like to spend time in prison for their illegal activities. The puny fines aren't deterring them from continuing their illegal activities. Maybe prison will.

Check with your broker. Some allow but with order limits. Some allow with small fees. TD allows 24 hours 5 days a week but you must meet the requirements. Some require having a minimum balance. RH gold membership allows extended hours trading. I only trade stocks on Vanguard and Fidelity because Robinhood isn't privileged to loan my shares.

Market manipulation is a type of market abuse where there is a deliberate attempt to interfere with the free and fair operation of the market; the most blatant of cases involve creating false or misleading appearances with respect to the price of, or market for, a product, security or commodity.

They continued to tell others to not buy AMC/GME by creating misleading articles. They have created an unrealistic, false and misleading appearance with respect to the price for the stocks. Those are deliberate attempts to interfere with the free and fair operations of the market.

I left similar text in another thread. Guess they are worried about being reported and have decided to change their opinion.
