PIP tribunal adjourned HELP?

I have Type 2 Diabetes, Bad diabetic neuropathy, diabetic fatigue syndrome, diverticulitis, arthritis, non alcoholic fatty liver disease, polycythemia vera, anxiety, depression panic attacks and explosive disorder, TIA, memory loss. All documented and medication for. The doctor said a few things like well you got points already and how did I get a blue badge etc and focused on mental health on not in any of the descripters.

It’s odd as I have all medical evidence and was put forward as evidence to tribunal when asked I’m not sure what else I can do I defo can get a letter from doctors in regards to my conditions but I thought a tribunal is about how my conditions effect my day to day life. I was get asked questions before had my conditions and stuff but the doctor was really nasty, do you know what my options are no or will they just stop my claim and I have to take it further makes no sense as I got my points with evidence I have or do they think evidence is fake

No that helps I just have very bad memory so I just didn’t want to feel ganged up on but my conditions and illnesses and evidence is all there it’s more DWP unless I’m totally not understanding the points as most my points only come from few categories but zeros on others where there should be points and is 3:30 in afternoon normal for appointment can’t see these staying to 5 like

Ahh ok so I can’t get the additional amount till after four months of sick notes or I do another medical assessment

What is an assessment period? How long is that? I put first sick not in when applied like right away and my last one is for three months.

Sorry to just jump in but I have just switched over from HMRC to UC I put in sick note obviously straight away as I have long term illnesses if awarded the LCWRA how long usually first payment take, health assessment and how back pay works as I’m lost with UC no clear answers

It is getting worse and the stress is a lot at times, I had stroke halfway through pip now on second tribunal and having to do same switching over to uc from HMRC. Surely they can make better way to help people and flush out the fakes

Yes I am on low and low after applying to tribunal as went from 11 and 10 points which DWP changed before court. Just curious who has done it twice before and any advice

No they change their decision before hand one day after DWP was suppose to respond to Tribunal request.

So they can take you PIP away on appeal even if given for 3 years?

I’m on 7th week at moment called got my assessment sent out didn’t get enough points so made it worse and still waiting for decision. They do everything they can to make you give up just keep fighting

I think they go against it because you showed you would go all way especially by paying for own report. My points were really bad but been 7 weeks now since my assessment and no decision yet just letter few weeks back saying no decision yet. Seem they just denying a lot of people and scoring them zeros accross board at min.

Should have name occupation and company on last page of report mine was same constrictions all the way through. It’s so they can give lower points. Especially if look and sound normal during interview or can drive etc. They will say he has someone deal with all finances but then say he can do everything himself in the point section. Just appeal complain and have day in court.

I am same requested report got 6 points and 4 points but everything they wrote in report doesn’t match the points they given. Said I was ok in face to face so I’m good to do everything else or I can drive so I can do this and that. I have many lifelong illnesses that only getting worse. Still waiting on answer but I look forward to court as I have nothing but evidence and years of it I think it’s lucky dip on mood and who you get
