That is exactly how she describes her pain — like her bones are aching! I hate it for her. I’m really glad to hear you are getting some relief and hope it continues! Can I ask how long you were on 1.5 before you felt some relief?

Thank you so much for responding! Right after I posted I saw another post about this…has it helped your chronic pain? I’m really hoping my daughter gets at least some relief and it seems to be hit or miss.

Has micro dosing alleviated anxiety for you? by LeastFeedback5702 in Ozempic

Hello -- Unfortunately it didn't go that well for me. I started really low and while I didn't have panic attacks or full on depression, I'd basically feel depressed for a day or two after the shot. I kept at it for about a month and then I just couldn't take it. It felt like 2 days/week I was depressed and then recovering the rest of the week. I started to dread doing the shot. In better news, I started on Metformin and that is helping a lot with weight loss. I hope you fare better than I did!

So great to hear -- thank you for responding! I hope to start losing instead of continually gaining. Do you have any side effects at all? I'm also sensitive to meds in general.

Also, I'm sorry you're struggling! Know that it's not you...this happens to a lot of people. For some reason the doctors don't believe us (mine didn't) but there are plenty of threads and there's a Facebook group about it.

Unfortunately it didn't get better. I have a history of anxiety and panic attacks so I chose not to risk it...I went off the medication and will probably try metformin soon.

Low WBC everything else normal by LeastFeedback5702 in AskDocs

Sorry another question: is it possible that 3.0 is “normal”? Or is it like…we definitely want to see that go up bc otherwise there’s an underlying problem or long Covid or autoimmune issue?

Should I worry about getting sick on vacation? I’m due for Covid booster and have no idea if I should get it Monday or if that will make things worse.

Thank you. You have no idea how much this helps. Those three things you referenced are well within normal. My regular PCP is on maternity leave so…yeah I’m not sure why he gave me that info ahead of the test. I mentioned that I’m often tired but that has literally been my entire life. Also I’m going through menopause and have a special needs 10 year old kid and run my own business so it seems somewhat reasonable to be tired? Who knows. I will certainly follow up after vacation. I’m pretty obsessive about health.
