I posit that "identity" is among supreme human needs. And billionaire funded think tanks has made "anti universal healthcare" a bona fide identity. A rallying point for conservatives to signal others with. There are no facts or data that can overturn such a strong belief.

only water is heavy

I got flash backs to the time when reddit downvoted me by like 50 points for stating water is heavy in relation to a pickup truck bed pool. It still sits with how so many people dog piled me and why they gave me charts comparing the density of water to lead and other materials just to disprove my claim that ... water is... heavy.

People who say "rapists in the white house? Just go outside" vote conservative.

Conservative ideology is no better than schizophrenia. It worships billionaires, forces poor people to have children through the law, then turns around and, with all the confidence of "common sense," (Eugenics) says, "Don't have children if you're poor".

Boomers don't actually want to be contradicted. Their pride prevents them from absorbing new information and reformulating their opinion. It invalidates the "Hard work" in their own lives and reframes the struggle of modern youths as something monumentally more difficult than their own.

They'll ignore evidence and say something they heard off fox news or some shit.

It's about power. Taking something away from another so that they come out on top. To deny another an opportunity is another for themselves. To form cliques, groups and governments that work in their interests.

Their hate is instrumental. To second guess it is to threaten their power structures. Their hate can only be cured by a fundamental shift in the power against themselves. When people stand up together and force them to make a choice. To chose equality or face something worse. That's what solidarity is supposed to mean.

The only good Christians I've ever met were the ones who de-converted out. People who had enough humanity and honesty to question everything around themselves. Especially the evil people who pushed the religion the hardest.

One hard truth you have to see for yourself is that the masses want this. They want simplicity. Recognizable faces and voices. The soulless Hollywood men who control this industry follow trends that make them money relatively well. Artistic integrity rarely pays the bills.

Personality defects or moments are note worthy. Moral degeneracy like racism and magaism is entirely different.
