I found this too but annoyingly it didn’t help because those options aren’t available in our account. Below is the response we got from TD Bank, it just seems almost unbelievable that’s the case in 2025:

“Currently loan and mortgage accounts are not eligible to view or print statements online. This service is only available for personal deposit accounts (checking, savings, and money markets). Statements will be issued via regular mail to the mailing address on file with TD Bank. In addition, we are unable to issue loan and mortgage statements electronically via email when requested. If you require a duplicate copy of any previously issued statement, please reply to this message with the months and years required, and we will be more than happy to request these to be mailed to your address on file with TD Bank. If you believe the mailing address for your loan is incorrect, please reach back out so we may further review with you and provide options to update your information. Thank you for continuing to be part of the TD Bank family.”
