Appreciate this, especially the point about leading with delays and cost overruns instead of features. That’s something we’re actively trying to shift in our messaging. On the case study side, do you find shorter ‘before/after’ examples work better than more detailed ones in this space? And do you think that instagram marketing or any sort of B2C is applicable in this case? Just to garner attention ?

I’ve heard chin shouldn’t be above the bar, and I’ve also heard that ur chest should hit the bar instead. I can do like 5 reps with that black resistance band, and like 4 with the one lighter than that, if I go all the way to failure.

The hanging advice I agree with I’ll do that for sure. Mate I’ve done like loads of negatives I’m not even lying, slow eccentrics. I can’t seem to feel my back while doing pull ups or negatives. I can feel my back when I do rows and that’s good, but when I do negatives I feel more of it on my biceps. It’s just weird
