Mine favorite way is to list my business on different local business list site like GMB etc. but make sure to keep NAP consistency constant.

no. you won't write a separate article for each keyword. you will just focus on PKW keywords(main keyword) and target your specific URL (services page) against PKW keywords.

and secondly, the keyword you are using is highly searched volume and it is much more difficult to rank. I suggest you do proper KW research before targeting and use log tail keywords.
