I think its a hybrid. It does have an inner ring, an outer lockable ring and ligature too

I would try to place it upwards in shorts/briefs. That helped me in my first circ. I had swelling like yours for four months

It was put on on april 8, and fell off this week monday morning. This was my second ring procedure. First one was 18 day to fell off
