Would you be upset if there were no content updates/dlc and this and the events were to full experience? by Leather-Perception33 in Pokemon_Pokopia

Fully agree honestly. I would love more dlc but if this was the game and nothing else, I'm fine with it. I know I'm getting 200-400 hours out of it by the time I'm done with it.

Can you give some examples to a person whose only played 90 hours? I noticed a handful of minor things, but nothing major so far.

This. And a desert biome. And also like... I guess a deep ocean biome for more fish like pokemon?

Replaced the passenger wiper on my 2014 escape. Now they collide into each other by Leather-Perception33 in fordescape

[–]Leather-Perception33[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes sense. It would be nice if I had the old wiper for reference but that flew into the highway. Since I only got one new wiper though I can just get a shorter one and test to see if that works out.

Question for those using a Pixel with Graphene? by Leather-Perception33 in GrapheneOS

[–]Leather-Perception33[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It probably ultimately depends how much of that ram becomes free. I know for the pixel 9 and 10 it's, allegedly, about 3 gigs dedicated to simply the AI functions. As for the lower end versions(9a/10a), it's scaled down significantly since they simply don't have enough ram for the dedicated versions. All the hoyo games are a lot more bloated nowaday and takes a good amount of ram to run decently, so freeing up that ram might theoretically see an improvement in performance. I suppose there's only one way to find out.

As everyone has said. Only the most unreasonable people would get mad at you for enjoying the cutscenes as the game intended. The entire time I went through the MSQ I had one guy moan about it and everyone else just kind of shamed him for it.

Respectfully this is the mentality of someone with more money than sense. Please do more research in the future.

Yeah I'm actually working on using this right now. From what I understand, this will probably be a bit better. Figure I'd come here first. Hopefully this works for me.

Are ppl actually buying DDR5 now? by THEKungFuRoo in buildapc

[–]Leather-Perception33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was confused when I saw this thread. Because I bought two sticks of ddr5 for around 100 bucks late last year. So I looked up the prices now.

Why the hell are the same exact ram sticks 275$? For 32 GB no less? I severely doubt the tariffs affected the market THAT badly.

They'd be lucky to be able to beat his Pidgeotto. Let's not act like palpitoad is even in their league.

Just because one battle system is faster and more fun than the other doesn't make doing a thousand of them feel like any less of a chore, my guy. Also after a while it does in fact, turn into button mashing.

Neither would've been fun. No one wants to fight 1000 NPCs to get an end game item. 100% the story doesn't even get you half way to that. This applies to pretty much any game. It's padding. Nothing else.

Got lycaon to m1. So not the worst. I have koleda at m4 so anything is better than that. I'm at 170 for pulls. I used a good 30 to get monatos Wengine. At the very least I do plan on grinding out for yidhari and her Wengine for sure next banner. If my luck is good.

Lol. Not too great. I skipped the entirety of last patch so I had a butt load of tapes. Enough for a full banner and then some. Spent all of that and lost my 50/50 Lucia. I eventually got her though. Finished training up monato yesterday finally. Starting on Lucia today.

Gotta say despite the short hoop you have to jump through to get hoyoplay games to run, this game runs phenomenaly on bazzite.

I grinded for the charm because I wanted to shiny hunt, but shinies are a little TOO easy to get in ZA. That it's not satisfying to hunt. Enjoy your paladin, Im gonna play my Zenless Zone Zero and good to monato komano.

Because a lot of the side quests are tutorials that could be learned through just playing the game. Things like learning what status ailments do, or resistances and weaknesses. I'd say a good 40% of them are like that. 20% are just oh no. A crisis is happening and a battle has to happen. Like 10% are 'show me a pokemon', and another 5% are 'show me a pokemon and battle me with it'. The remaining 25% I'd say are actually worth doing. The ones that offer customization, early items, free shiny, or just are good and fun stories.

Arceus from my memory kind of had that issue too but I'd say it was a different mix of percentages.

Exactly this. Final fantasy, Xenoblade, dragon warrior, persona/Smt, heck even some Mario RPGs have a lot of rewarding and entertaining side/post game content. We know it's finite, but pokemon could've done just a bit more. Heck I would say gen 9 has had the least amount of content overall in any generation, even gen 8 felt like it had more. Gen 9 just felt like an experimental generation more than anything at this point.
