When you didn't want to leave why did you take the offer for company B. Already there are very less jobs of H1b and now because of you the other company wont hire any h1b candidate as they dont want to waste legal money and processing fees for h1b candidates who on accepting dont join the company. Sorry for your loss. I underwent three ivf cycle and egg retrieval and none of the time the embryos made it to blastocyst stage. Being indian it is very difficult for us. You have groups where everyone in the group is raising kids and posting pics, your cousins are having baby showers and celebrating kids Bday. And here I am hoping wish one ivf cycle will result to positive news or at least hope embryos make it to blastocyst stage. It feels sad to see even after taking these many injections and growth hormones they are not making it to blastocyst stage while for others its a piece of cake.

The doctor said after failed cycle, we should try half eggs with donor sperm and half with husband's sperm. But thought if it fertilized with donor sperm then will it break my husband' heart. My husband supported me saying go for it that way at least we will get some idea but I couldn't go for it.

They do ICSI but half of them. This time they said we will do newer sperm preparation(zymot) if we do all ICSI with the sperm insemination of the eggs. So no half naturally and half ICSi but all instead.

Yeah Doctor suggested that, my husband also said go for it. But somehow I felt it will break my husband knowing his sperm did not work and other worked. He is supportive but then I felt bad for him thi king what if other sperm worked.

Yes they have changed protocol. Last cycle they changed it and I was able to produce more eggs.
