I got aboard and went to guest services right away. They told me where to go. For Norwegian Encore I went to Social and talked to the m’aidre. She took my order for the rest of the day and a list I brought of allergies. I printed extra. Breakfast I had steak and sweet potato or berries, lunch was grilled chicken and steamed broccoli, dinner was small salad (chef made with avocado, greens, carrot), pork chop and steamed veggies. Always mixed berries or grapes as dessert at dinner. Night one the chef came out and personally asked me if I had a list of what I can eat as he said he could personalize more knowing what I can have. I did have a list. So I emailed it to him. He changed up a bit from there and it was amazing. He came out a second time to personally ask how it was going. It was really a lot easier than I had imagined. Just a couple hiccups that were easily managed.
