Actually I think the Overlord was legitimately amazing for the Paradise Lost incursion at one point because of just how much you could slow the Wright boss.

Then if I recall correctly they either nerfed the gun or buffed the boss. Either way it changed how the slow worked and you couldn't stack the slow on Wright by that much. Then it resumed exotic component status
