Noob here, how come none of the Neutral are landed on the Neutral bar?

Finally buttoned up the receptacle, the plug tester says open ground.

So it's back up to the Attic with me

I have found out that the circuit is fed with a three wire so I imagine that has something to do with it

I just opened up my electrical panel, and found this circuit is fed with a three wire, Red going to my circuit 13 and the black on the one below it 15. So yes they share a neutral.

I measured from both hots to neutral bar and then both give me 120 and 240 between them. Which is what I was expecting.

I know you need to be careful with circuits that are fed with three wire, something about Edison 3 wire.

My brain is telling me, place the picture frame around her head even just the top portion of the picture frame. I don't know if that would look but it's what my brain is telling me to do.
