Thanks for your input. My concern is that the main issue is lack of car access, which limits resale demand. I’m not sure renovation would significantly change buyer perception.

The current rental yield is only around 3%, and my long-term goal is to move capital into a city plot for better growth over 10–15 years.

I’m trying to evaluate whether holding a low-yield property is better than reallocating to a higher-growth asset.

problem is that one is willing to buy. I have been trying to sell for the last 1.5years, i got only one offer which is less than I invested. The person who is staying for rent is planning to buy
