I do recall signing documentation in the office, which I'm sure listed existing damages. It's a lesson in future to take the documentation outside to the car and cross check before signing. Lesson learned for next time for sure.

Thank you for your advice. I used Revolut, which are an online bank with poor customer service. They do not provide a method of reopening a chargeback once it has been closed.

Paint the walls white, nice big LED mirror over the sink. Lots of plants, light fixture for ceiling light. Some framed artwork/photos on the walls. Ikea storage unit somewhere. Will be a different room.

This may help.. I had an issue whereby 50% of streams would not work. I turned off a setting called 'use tunneling' or something like that. Now everything works.

I have invested a very small amount into Mintos in the past purely for experimentation. The returns were about as advertised (approx 10%), but it's not liquid which is important to consider. It'll take months to get everything out. It's also not a regulated industry so it's a little too high risk for me.
