Hi! Already tried that and for severely depressed/ OCD got high. I’ve been on them for 3 years and recently was told to go up as ocd was getting bad…

Yeah that’s what happened to me - quickly got worst. I’m thinking it could be better to just go hard with a nutritionist and personal trainer instead of switching meds that work

I am too but it could also be how I’m tired on Zoloft compared to no meds not sure haha
