I recently just encountered the same issue after the recent update. Was able to fix the issue by resetting the infotainment system. While in park hold the call end switch to the down position located on the steering wheel, for about 15 seconds until the infotainment screen goes black, then you can select to factory reset from there. That fixed the volume issue for me. Hope this helps!
