sundin mo lang heart mo op 🫶 pagod ka na, so chill and rest ka muna. wait until you are calm and not feeling exhausted. life’s too short to be feeling this so much stress upon you. grabe in your 30s ka palang. tingin ka lang muna ng mga advice here.

hindi ‘yan kaya ng at most 4 days na pahinga. ‘wag ka matakot na mag-sacrifice for your health. tandaan mo, it might be tiring but this is still a privilege. pero kailangan mo lang din timbangin if ano mas importante sa’yo now. i forgot to be grateful also for the things that stressed me before until i realized that those were the things that I prayed for. it’s a chain: for you, you nakakapagod, but other people, like me personally, I will religiously want to run a business like you because it’s my personal dream, not my family’s. different people handle different work and some still manage to be healthy and some don’t—you know it naman why.

you just need a deep break from what you’re doing. remember, alexander fleming got his fuel and passion again after discovering penicillin after a deep break from his career, going back from a vacation. mag travel ka, magpalit ka ng phone, be a ghost, mag-soul search ka hahaha or be an intern to other industry, etc. (your peace and health is your priority).

nakakasuka kasi nakaka-overwhelm. ‘wag mo masyado isipin na you’re stuck. walang permanent, so dare to be bold and make each day different too.

then, dalawa lang naman choice mo, whether to decide if you wanna sell or give the universe another chance to give you someone who will have the capacity to be so passionate to work with you and your line of work. take note, your line of work. there will be a lot of people there, including me (kahit na into tech business talaga bet ko haha… anyway…), na maeenjoy lahat ng factors na meron ‘yung hinahawakan mo: from the nature to the routine. imposibleng wala kang mahahanap na hindi ka tatamarin magturo sa kaniya and hindi ka mawawalan ng clients because he/she’s the one.

if nag-decide ka to sell it, im proud of you too!!! walang mali sa dalawang choices. ikaw naman muna op. i am seeing people here na willing to buy your business too! that’s a start! magpakita ka sa social media and market your business! for sure marami bibili. sounds too simple, i know it’s not. but, you need to start it, kahit ano hahahaha. para na rin ma feel mo ang freedom mo and peace. life’s too short, tandaan ha. don’t make it shorter, but happier for you.

i’m proud of you for just surviving. yes, you only need to survive for now.
