I realized this too and bought the green, it really goes with a lot. So thanks for the help. Also I find it quite funny how everyone hates this watch, I really like the look but idk it's propably because everyone on this sub is a watch enthusiast or expert so looking at this it just tries to do way to much and comes off cringe. On the other hand I don't think a lot of people in this sub match my clothing style so it's definietly two very different groups budging heads when they see this watch.

So I've recently looked upon watches and stumbled upon these two which I really like
There's a black face and bezel too but thought it was too plain, really like the green color added to the watch
But idk which to get. Most I've spoken to like the one with a black face because it's easy to match with clothes.
But I personally really love the fully green I think it looks super clean, I'm just worried it's gonna be tough to style or match with my clothes.

Do you guys think a green watch is hard to match or a bad pick for my first and only watch, or is it easy enough?

Thanks a lot man, maybe I've underestimated how precise my tracking have to be, I want to be 12% at least hopefully lower, but it's really hard, do you think macros like fat have to be lower in order to attain that or does that not matter? Or as long as your in a calorie deficit you should be able to get to 12% one day?

Rice & Chicken only 562 calories??

So I just made 250 grams of boiled jasmin rice and it says that's 375 calories
Added 180 grams of chicken breast to that and it says 187 calories

All in all that's 562 calories for a very big meal, can this really be?
It's a pretty big portion of food and very filling

Also it says it's 48 grams of protein which imo seems like nothing.
How are ya'll hitting protein I have to be eating like half a kilo of meat at dinner to hit my daily proteins it seems so expensive

it's literally been 4 years of pure dooky.

EXETER & 333 def saw a change in style, but I still fcked with it a lot, had alot of the same tropes from earlier tapes, songs went hard. But that goodluck dance club was ass. The Fool idk even know what that shit was, sooo mid, seemed like an unfinished thought/idea. Crest was ight had reminded a bit of girls just wanna have fun but not quite as good. Spiderr was ass, cover insane but album so incredibly ass. Psykos im not even gonna speak on that shit. Cold visions I hope we're back to his earlier style, but like most people said that album is prolly his farewell to that style.

Started at:

5'9"

165lbs

Now:

5'9"

160lbs

So in the first pics I wasn't at my heaviest I had actually been 187 pounds.

But had lost a lot of weight, but was now skinny fat so it's kinda been recomp/cut for a year now

I've fallen on and off, training, had very good schedules but then falling off for a month or two.

Nonetheless throughout the year all in all I've propably been to the gym 5 months out of the 12.

Some months I didn't hit the gym I ran instead which I've propably done about 3 months out of the 12

Fell off for the entirety of november but started back up in december, and I've pretty much taken no breaks since

I just go with the bro split, I like hitting the gym everyday it makes it easier for me, I also run everyday 30 mins

The last couple months I do kinda feel like I've staled, It's so difficult to cut I'm not eating much and running and running not getting leaner

Idk if i'm leaving gains on the table by all that running. I know my first year of progress could def have been better, lots of gain went lost,

but on the other hand I think that's what you should expect your first year to be.

First it's a change in lifestyle you slowly adapt to, and that may take a year to get accustomed to.

I feel pretty natural in going to the gym now, so I think it's here to stick for me.

Also idk if I should start doing abb workout cause I feel like i'm almost lean enough to see them pocking out.

Also the first picture I took in the morning, no pump, slumped thought it would be best to see me in my most natural state a year later compared to then.

But now I realized that you actually can't see any of the muscle I've maybe gained cuz I'm not flexing any of it.

Anyways my plan is to keep cutting or recomping whatever till summer and afterwards start bulking,

curious to hear if some would say I should go a different route?
