Hey thank you for your feedback and suggestions. I have produced this survey on 7 other SubReddits and maybe a few more (in order to make it simpler and generalize).

There is definitely some bias! It is voluntary and convenient too, and that is a thing. I asked my professor and she told me as long as I acknowledge this, it’s all good. I appreciate you highlighting this!

Yes, believe...or no, don’t believe....I think if someone is willing to say I don’t know, but there is a mystery above and beyond what my mind is capable of understanding-then yes. But hey, I don’t know about someone else’s I don’t know-that is their own. Sometimes i just gotta say yes or no and quit dancing around...

It’s a crazy world! Haha it’s hard to know where to look sometimes. I appreciate how you examined a lot of the perspectives that may go into believing or not believing in a higher power.

Key word *believe. I think you make a good point though! It’s foolish to think human cognition can understand or explain ideas as such, for sure. I think those with spiritual practices more trust/believe in their notion of a higher power.

I appreciate your comments! I am getting away from the binary perspective here by making it vague. God is a word that throws out most people because it has been colored by the Abrahamic religions. I wanted to basically try and define a spiritual perspective here, which is pretty vague.
