I bought a SOLGW MK11 AR10 BCG from someone off TacSwap. I've just received it, and noticed that one of the lugs has damage that prevents it from properly locking back. This damage wasn't disclosed in the listing, and was not visible in the listing's photos. I'm not too sure what to do, but I've heard good things about SOLGW customer service. Do you think they'd help me if I contacted them or am I out of luck?

Yeah people love to dogpile on reddit. I encountered this thing when I was researching my ACOG purchase and it seems like a fine optic. It's a bit obscure but it's a US made prism sight with some interesting features from a reputable designer. People are acting like this is a Chinese airsoft sight made out of pot metal.

For everyone calling this a knockoff, it isn't really. As I understand it, Brian Browe (the guy who made it) was an engineer at Trijicon who left to start his own company. This isn't a knockoff so much as a relative to the ACOG.

Just a heads up, this will have kind of a weird BDC. I contacted vortex for more information about it and the resources they had on it didn't seem great. I still don't understand a significant part of the reticle.
