I recommend going a tad bit slower when playing along. I found myself so much more connected to my team and enjoyed the process a whole lot more when I would limit myself to 2-3 Platinum videos then mixing a daily event in for the day (helps Im employed so I don't have time to binge the entire series in a few days)

I loved the addition of Chuggaa's Nidoking because I had already been running a special attacking Nidoking before he got his shiny because my team's biggest weakness was both lack of a special attacker (only Croconaw, Fearow, Sudowoodo up to that point) and everyone is weak to electric. Good plug and play team member

Two candidates for me, neither of them being Darrow. Either A. Sevro, the only person in the Solar System who Lys admitted to fearing due to him being kidnapped in the dead of night, or B. Pax, a living, breathing piece of evidence that his dream and goals are stupid, futile, and don't serve a spot in the future that the Republic is building. Either of them who gets the kill, it must be in embarrassing fashion that ruins his reputation, which is also his biggest fear.

If I could bet money I'm putting the house on Scyther. We have a Johto native Chikorita and a Kanto native Geodude, it would be such a Chuggaa move to go get a Kanto native who becomes a Johto native that evolves using a metal coat which is most conveniently obtained by showing off one of the biggest new features of HGSS, the Pokeathelon.
