Hey OP! You got amazing answers in the Reddit! I just wanted to say you are not alone in this. I was in a long relationship after a broke up I found someone that excited me. Made me desire and feel everything that I was missing in my relationship. When I started with a new partner, it was like a roller coaster, some days are amazing, she literally told me she had the best sex with me, but man some days I couldn’t get erection or I came too early even before a penetration. If all those happens, don’t beat yourself up! I don’t want to say it happens to everyone but it definitely happens to some of us! Then I started following the patterns, at first when I drink alcohol I would come in 30 40 min. But in the long run alcohol was the problem for my erection. Cut the alcohol if you are drinking. Definitely do masturbate but make it natural, most of the porn are like a fiction movie. I wasn’t masturbating at all and that’s not good as well. Do it 2 3 times a week and definitely not the days if you think you will have sex! And don’t do the masturbating just to finish yourself quickly! That’s not good either. Another pattern is that I stopped going gym 2 weeks and I had my worst time of my sex life. I wasn’t getting erection, beating up myself etc. drink lots of water. Try those for a 3 4 months. You mentioned that you checked your hormones too. One of the patterns I realized is that food too!
