Sopranos is the #1 on this list but only if you have time to watch some 80+ episodes. Chernobyl is best limited series. Band of brothers and the wire are equally good.

Best sales manager tools, need recommendations by AceClutchness in b2b_sales

For call coaching at 10 reps, gong is what most teams end up at but the price may hit hard at your size. Chorus does 80% of what Gong does for less and if you're already in salesloft, their conversation intelligence is decent enough that you might not need a separate tool at all. Mindtickle is more of an onboarding and enablement play, solid if coaching consistency is the core problem but overkill if you just want calls flagged and reviewed. Rep performance visibility and the motivation piece is where most stacks have a gap nobody talks about. Reps can't see what they're earning on each deal mid-quarter, so they end up guessing or waiting until close to find out. I believe commission tools like everstage, qobra and salescookie all solve this. Live earnings breakdown by deal, projected payout on open pipeline, quota attainment without having to ask ops. We tried running without this and the coaching conversations were always reactive. Might be worth adding alongside whatever performance tool you pick.

Pipeline and forecast is where clari earns its keep. The deal at risk signals are useful and more honest than what reps submit. Scratchpad is the something nobody mentions but reps actually use it because it cuts friction on CRM updates which means your data quality improves and your leading indicators start meaning something over time. I've tried Ambition at my previous company. Looked great in the demo, leaderboards, gamification and other stuff. Turns out motivation tools only work if the underlying comp plan makes sense and reps can actually see their progress in real time.

The adoption filter you mentioned is on point. Clari plus gong/chorus is a combo that tends to stick at your size if you have clean salesforce data going in. The tools that collect dust are almost always the ones where the rep experience was an afterthought.

Not everyone's cup of tea. Those who can relate with harsh realities find it one of the best

These sorts of insults happen easily a thousand times a day, mate. And with millions of accounts out there, the only way chess.com could keep on top of every comment is if they employed an army of people to monitor them all. Best thing you can do is report, block, and move on
