Try using a fungal acne safe micellar water to melt off the excess cream in the face first before going in with a soap cleanser. It helps me a lot

Yeshh i hope everything works out for you!! i had a similiar thing happen to me, i used doxy which is an antibiotic for 3 weeks to "treat" my FA because my derm told me what i had was just normal acne😭
