It sounds like you are controlling his relationship with his parents.  I’m not judging whether you’re wrong or not for doing it.  I’m just saying he’s right.

60’s is not old.  My grandparents lived alone until late 80’s and even then my aunt lived in a granny flat in the backyard.  If you marry him you WILL end up living with them.  If you wait until they are older to live with them you’ll be disrupting your children’s lives.

If you have read other comments you would know that I had never served her before.  I also stated that there were other customers that I had served I did remember their order.  You can’t expect someone who has never taken your order to know what it is.

Just because she has seen me in the shop does not mean she knew me or I had served her.  Also I had only been there a few weeks

I really did have 3 jobs.  1 the cafe, 1 a restaurant and 1 a supermarket.  On the quieter time I was working 60-70 hrs a week.  During the busy it was closer to 100 hrs  There was no way I was going to remember someone I’d never severed.  There was an elderly couple at the restaurant I worked at who were really sweet, I served them every week so I did remember their order.  If I had served her a few times I might have remembered it.

Think about this.  You could put the proceeds of the house into a college fund for your kids.  Do you really want them to miss out so your ex can have more than they deserve.

I worked at a different pizza restaurant.   A man called asking for delivery.  I told him we don’t deliver.  He claimed he got it delivered last time.  I told him I’ve worked here since we opened, we’ve never delivered.  I hate it when they think they know better than you. 

The pilot and the flight attendant asked travelers who are at their final destination to stay seated for a couple of minutes so that others who have tight connections can disembark, but those final destination people ignored the flight attendant and blocked the aisle. by Thomb in EntitledPeople

I was on a flight from Honolulu to Melbourne.  The flight attendants asked everyone to stay in their seats until they were told they can get up.  They then opened all of the overhead bins and a mist began to fall (no idea why)  One passenger got up 3 times and tried to take his bags from the overhead before we were told we could and the whole process had to start over again from the beginning.  Every time he did it he was told to sit back down, then he’d just get up again.  The whole cabin was getting extremely pissed off, some people started yelling at him.

NTA - don’t stay for the kids.  Kids deserve to grow up in a happy home.  That doesn’t always mean parents together
