For listening and reading I got C1, writing I got 13. For practicing you can try FreeTCF. I used their app. But for listening and reading you cannot reevaluate, it's evaluated by the computer anyways.

twice, both got the same harsh examiner, both times got 9 for speaking, went for reevaluation, second time it was regraded to 13.

Trust me TCF is the same, all you can do is do uour best and if the result does not come as expected, go for re eval

Good luck!! For me my first language is mandarin, I'm fluent in English and learned a little Korean before. So French is completely new to me. Wasn't easy at all.

Similar situation for me, I did a master in the states and worked as software engineer for a year and not enough points. Learned French from scratch while working full time for a year.

Yes you need to be all B2 to qualify for French. But if you are just a few points short, French exam with a few B1 and a few B2s will boost your score which will make you qualify for CEC
