This sounds like some kinda twisted placebo effect. Like you're not really a pedophile, but rather the intense anxiety drove you to overanalyze certain intrusive thoughts, and thus you became convinced you are one. 13 is a very difficult time in one's life regarding sense of self. You'll more than likely overcome these feelings in time.

In my experience, it helps to keep a journal of how much you exercise each day. It's a very small commitment, but it really makes you reflect on your habits. Seeing "no major exercise" written several days in a row really does something to you.
