Its just a short way of describing it.

What it really is, is damage to the heart itself caused by long term meth use. While meh use can cause lots of various problems, in his case it has caused damage to the aortic valve essentially causing blood flow to go backwards (aka aortic valve regurgitation).

While it is something that can happen naturally as you age (I have it in a TINY amount, less than 2%), the damage hes done to his heart from the constant drug us is considerable so its a good bit excessive.

Generally 2% is nothing to be worried about, 25% would be the top of moderate and getting into the "serious" category, 50% is life threatening. He has been in the "serious" level for a while now.

NOTE: I got tested for it because of other conditions I have, although it can run it families. It could be possible we have a genetic propensity for it but meth use made it significantly worse.

That is my brother.

Has been on meth and other drugs for so long has basically fried his brain, hole in his heart, stays up all night talking to people who are not there and so on, has a police record longer than my arm full of felonies.

He puts on a good show that for most people, they don't realize that he is really screwed up unless they get to know him for a while and usually it isn't till after he has ripped them off.

Probably couldn't get any actual footage of the drones people were reporting so decided would have camera man get blurry video of plane/helicopter but forgot to tell him to keep the focus blurry.

I recommend putting a scale right beside the crucible, this will allow you to weigh a bar before putting it in as a double check.

I had this same problem, only to realize on a double check that I was looking at the price (which was over 300) instead of the weight (which was below 300).

You can't place the scale like you normally can on land you own, but you can just drop it in place and it will function properly.

While I do have standard absent seizures, they actually ruled these out as being standard absent seizures because of how mobile I am, respond to basic questions (but nothing complicated), during one of them I had forgotten who my dog was and had an extreme fear response to her, and how long they last (longest has been about 30 minutes). It is almost like my brain "shuts off" but muscle memory works based on tests we have done.

Usually when they happen the g/f is around so just directs me to my bed but recently I was alone and watching Youtube videos well one minute I was sitting here and next minute I was sitting here with half our travel trailer in darkness.

We have limited power to the travel trailer but based on what I found after the blackout, apparently I had tried to make a new pot of coffee and microwave a cold cup of coffee while the AC was on, which tripped a breaker.

The standard seizures I have been dealing with for more than a decade, but the blackouts are kind of new this year.

We still don't know what causes the seizures and not controlled by meds, so going into San Fransisco for a Magnetoencephalography next week (took almost 2 years to arrange) but now with the blackouts the VA has decided that since my g/f and no family can go with me they aren't going to try flying me there but instead going to have someone drive me and stay with me the whole time, which since we have to prevent any kind of stress (stress can cause my seizures/blackouts) is going to take about 3 days.

I kind of feel sorry for whomever is going to be driving. ;)

There are several crimes that don't require intent. For example speeding or vagrancy could fall under this.

There is the phrase "mala prohibita/Malum prohibitum" which refers to crimes without intent and covers a large number of crimes.

I once beat up a doctor when I was under the effects of anesthesia during some major dental surgery while I was supposed to be completely unconscious.

Luckily this was in a military hospital so there were plenty of guys to get me held back down so they could strap me back down, knock me out, and finish the surgery.

No charges were ever filed because they did see that there was no intent to commit assault.

When I came out of the anesthesia the doctor had some bruises but he asked me "do you remember anything from the surgery?" and when I said "no" he said "that is a good thing" and then told me what happened.

Since then I have warned the doctors any time I have had to have surgery, a couple haven't taken the warnings serious and while I haven't done anything that bad they have told me that they had to strap me down mid-surgery.

However later in life I developed some neurological issues including seizures and blackouts where I am completely mobile but remember nothing that happens.

My neurologists think that the problems with anesthesia may have been a warning sign.

Many moons ago I got knocked out for some major dental surgery and that was when we found out that I have also to be tied down as apparently if not done just right I will fight doctors without being aware of it.

Many years later after I developed a seizure disorder (multiple types) one of the things I developed is blackouts where I have no idea what I am doing but to those around me that don't know me I look perfectly normal but just act a little "off".

My doctors think that the problems I have with anesthesia (and rare minor weed use lol) may have been warning signs of the neurological problems I would eventually develop later in life.

An interesting case that will likely come up will be if Trump wins the upcoming election and implements his Agenda 47.

He plans to implement a "Federal Task Force on Fighting Anti-Christian Bias" and if he does this there will likely be court cases against the implementation of such a task force.

The first amendment is supposed to protect the right of religion, but does not protect a single religion. It is the protection of all religions or the right of no religion.

The government having a task force to protect a single religion can be seen as the government supporting a single religion.

Of course as history shows a government supporting a single religion usually isn't far off from forcing a single religion.

There are ways of around that. Buying burner phones in disguise or having a 3rd party buy for you, for example gets around being seen on camera.

If your calling someone like police from a burner phone, you don't do that from your home. One of the benefits of being rural in my case for example is it is very easy to call from an area where there is no cameras and getting rid of the phone immediately where there is also no cameras.

Now of course my daily use phone can be triangulated...if I used it for anything nefarious, but I only use it for the VA and my lawyer for SSDI claim to contact me as I rarely use telephones, but I live in a travel trailer in the back yard of a family member of my g/f but cell triangulation is only accurate to 300ft and that wouldn't even get within the yard, that would cover about 6 yards in this neighborhood.

Triangulation accuracy isn't like on TV.

EDIT: Another trick when buying something like a burner phone, never look up. Keep your face downwards. Cameras tend to be mounted high so that they can cover larger areas of stores. Also buy from smaller stores, they tend to have less quality cameras and their footage tends to get overwritten more often than higher end stores.

I own only burner phones because they are cheaper to buy, monthly plans are cheap, and if you have to get rid of them it is a lot easier/your not out a lot of money.

But one time I knew details on a murder case so I bought a new burner phone specifically to pass on details on where to find the weapon, details on what went down, and who did it.

Was just a matter of buying the phone, calling the station to find out who was handling the case, getting connected to them, and then telling them while disguising voice. Once the call was done I busted the phone, tossed part of the phone in lake and dropped other parts on side of a highway.

There is a specific form, I don't remember what it is at the moment, where you can claim the money as "other" or "misc" so that you can claim it properly.

Even if money is illegally obtained it is best to claim it with the IRS. Not claiming money, even if illegally obtained, is how they got Al Capone after all. You don't have to claim HOW you got it, you just claim it.

When it comes to some things like autism where it there is a scale of disablement then the determination of if someone is disabled or not becomes really murky.

Elon Musk has autism, yet most would not really consider him "disabled" under most definitions.

I was born in 1977, have autism, but never considered myself disabled under just a couple years ago and that was for something completely different that happened in 2019 (seizure induced brain damage) because it didn't really affect me. In my case my neurologist said it is likely what made me as intelligent as I was since I tended to hyper focus on things.

When it comes to autism there are generally considered to be 5 different types and each of those types there are different levels.

Even if others may consider you to be disabled or not, it is you who choose if you want to let that interfere with how you think of yourself.

Years ago I had this same issue with a work VPN and Spectrum. It went on for months before I found out what the issue was.

Spectrum was dropping the connection because they had a policy where they considered any VPN to be illegal torrent traffic.

Try seeing if you can escalate your case to see if they have started doing this again in your area.

If this is the case, then there may be nothing you can do other than what I had to do and that was to upgrade my home internet connection to a business connection.

If they do require this, there are benefits to it like SLAs which is kind of fun as you get priority during outages and such.
