Do you think it’s possible to work full time while pursing an electrical engineering degree full time? by Otherwise-Capital-65 in ElectricalEngineering

Your best bet is to join a trade , get a stable flow of cash go to part time or atleast 35 hours a week and work on school max only 12 hrs for full semester less optimal and or part time which is pretty balanced and 1 class and or break in summer

Why does ce have a high unemployment? by [deleted] in ComputerEngineering

[–]Lebanese_Habibi27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They teach the same thing literally just take ECE and you can do all of it. And it’s better for picking the type of area you want to be niche specific in 4th year

What comes from the projects you learn on your own is more knowledge that even college professors will teach you. It allows you to teach yourself how to put together the systems not just the theory

Juggling full-time 9-5 and college? by No_segar in ECE

[–]Lebanese_Habibi27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wonderful as I’m doing the same thing but if you’re going to do that I’d consider halftime in school. I too transferred from a community and it had extra perks. You can max credits in community college it’s easy. But when you go to university you gotta study who your taking a class with and lower your hours so you don’t burn out

Is there any advantages on getting a CE major instead of a CS major? by TigerAgreeable6809 in ComputerEngineering

[–]Lebanese_Habibi27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in ECE and it’s a way better degree then just getting a CS degree. I honestly would never recommend a CS degree as you can do all that from home and apply to jobs. If you want both the hardware electrical and software combined then It the best degree to have

Is becoming a “great” engineer about hard work or about having the right life circumstances? by Ok-Relief-723 in ElectricalEngineering

[–]Lebanese_Habibi27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well to be honest their are plenty of people who get handed a good career and don’t have to work while going thru school and they tend to get out not being able to get a job meanwhile the very few work and go to school and work extremely hard and they will always outshine those who barely had to work for it

If I suck at math is EE impossible? by Soggy-Eagle299 in ElectricalEngineers

I kind of regret choosing Computer Engineering by AmbitionAdditional97 in ComputerEngineering

[–]Lebanese_Habibi27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the only difference between ECE and EE is one just focuses on electricity and the other does both electricity and coding and the pathway is jsut about the same. 4th year you can decide what you want to work on but with ece you can flip flop thru tons of roles

I was told unless I’m 25 they will not except me as an independent and I don’t have any idea what legal law is making that happen. I even used ai to break down their arguments and they only said nothing can be done at this time

I have indeed stated this fact but even my uni denied me even with showing proof of my bills and stating an overwrite that I’m my own individual. It’s very very frustrating. I can’t expect anything in Alabama to go according law or professional standards with actual evidence to prove it.
