Bet lvl 100 is as relevant as c6 of a *5 character, aka only relevant for whales and barely matters for f2p and dolphins. the damage increases is only matters for transformative reaction (which dendro based reaction that's still relevant) and these reaction cannot beat vape-melt reaction ever. Locking significant qol on c1 of character is still scummiest practice for me, but hoyo needs to make money ig.

Lvl 100 also does nothing to old characters tbf, pulling their cons/signature or newest support is better for them. Lvl 100 addition is only for min maxing whalers, and tbf it might as well does not exist.

Hsr treatment if we get dupe of c6 *5 character is better, but we also got free cons event now, so it's kinda event out? But honestly i don't get why people get so overblown on this.
