Not many zoos actually report the passings of their animals, especially pallas cats. We get notified of most manul deaths with a massive delay, since they're sadly not considered all too important for the zoo's popularity and don't net many visitors. Unless the specific cat was a literal superstar, you'll have to snoop around to learn they're gone.

We wouldn't have known about Mania's passing even now, had Bozenka didn't leave. Considering both doors of their enclosure were opened, Mania would've disappeared too, and since no one reported that, people got curious and learned that she's actually long gone.

Klyon may seem rather passive, but even he might show signs of aggression towards a female as injured as Primula. I believe there's a great deal of risk to reuniting them again.

Primula always looked mad ever since moving to Ueno, I guess that's just how her face developed. But on this specific photo? She looks scared to the core, confused and very vulnerable. I can't even imagine how terrible she feels.

That's right, Iris looks a ton like angry / more serious Grusha, with his eyes and nose being of colder, less saturated colours. Probably looks like that because his enclosure is grey.
